For our long-term clients, Sally’s Fund offers visits to seniors at their homes, care facilities, and hospitals.

 

Transitions at this time of life create feelings of loneliness and isolation. BRIDGING is a natural continuation of our mission. When older people can no longer live independently, we can help them to select a facility appropriate for their needs and advocate for them. We continue our friendship and meet ongoing personal needs, including out-of-town medical appointments that the facility may not provide.
